Change The Tune - Green Party 2015 Election Broadcast

In every election I have been able to vote in I've voted for the Liberal Democrats. Not any more, on May 7th I'm voting for the Green Party. From what I have seen of their polices they make more sense to me than those of the other main parties.

Boney M. Feat: Liz Mitchell - Megamix

Great video of Bony M. feat Liz` Mitchell performing the UK top 10 hit Boney M. Megamix from 1992 on Dutch TV. One major downside with the video however is in the interview with Liz she mentions that she sang the female lead and backing vocals, and that Frank Farian sang the male lead vocals, failing to mention that Marcia Barrett also sang lead and backing vocals on many tracks,  as for example Boney M.'s 1977 hit Belfast (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMD1WMut1ZM) Was this a case of Liz blowing her own trumpet, or did she simply make a mistake and forget to mention Marcia? I wonder, but I suspect we will never know what was going through her mind at the time.

Going to the Gym

Recently I have been going to the Gym, with the aim of getting fitter. Took the plunge today and decided to do 10 minutes on the treadmill, making the first 5 minutes walking at a good pace and the last 5 minutes jogging. All in all I ended up going a distance of 990meters, according to the treadmill, which for me, as I'm  in the early stages of exercising, is very good, especially as I found doing a 5 minute jog very tough - I'm guessing it will get better as I do more exercise.

Boney M - Belfast - Musikladen 1977

Great video of Boney M. performing Belfast on Muiskladen in 1977, complete with their backing band at the time "The Black Beautiful Circus". Marcia on lead vocals gives the song her all! Sometimes I think it's a shame she didn't get more lead vocals on Boney M. tracks.
